How We Build Community
Hackathons & Game Jams
Intensive creative challenges that bring together students and developers to build games and interactive content under time pressure. Our game jams are both talent discovery engines and genuine creative events — with real briefs and real outcomes.
Competitions & Challenges
Orange economy competitions across games, XR, digital content, and creative entrepreneurship — open to students, indie creators, and early-stage studios. Prizes, mentorship, industry exposure, and in some cases, publishing or investment pathways.
Workshops & Bootcamps
Short-form, intensive learning events on specific skills, tools, and topics — from game design fundamentals to XR development to IP monetization strategies. Open to students, practitioners, and educators.
Industry Meetups & Speaker Series
Conversations with practitioners, studio founders, and creative entrepreneurs — bringing the reality of the orange economy into the room. Regular events connecting Kerala’s creative community with industry voices from across India and globally.
Creator & Developer Networks
Persistent community spaces — online and offline — where game developers, XR creators, digital content makers, and creative entrepreneurs connect, collaborate, and support each other’s work. Not just event-based. Ongoing.

GGJ KOCHI 2025
GGJ Kochi 2025 is a high-energy 48-hour game jam where developers, designers, artists, musicians, and storytellers come together to create games from scratch. Participants collaborate in teams, brainstorm ideas, and build playable games based on a surprise global theme revealed at the start of the event.
