How will I access my program after purchase?

You’ll receive an email within 24–48 hours with:

  • A link to your program’s Notion page (includes syllabus, schedule, and resources)
  • Access to our Discord server for chat, mentorship, and gamification
  • Any login credentials if needed

How long does it take to receive physical products?

  • Orders for merchandise are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery time may vary based on location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept:

  • UPI
  • Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Netbanking
  • Wallets (e.g., Paytm, PhonePe)

Note: We do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery).

Can I get a refund or return an item?

  • Digital programs, consultations, and event passes are non-refundable.
  • Physical merchandise can be returned within 3 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. The buyer handles return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Will I receive a GST invoice?

GST invoice will be generated and shared with your payment confirmation.
